HOW DO I CHOOSE MY RING SIZE?
The most reliable method is to measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits the finger where you would like to wear your VIXIE LENKA ring, then compare that measurement with our Size Guide.
If you do not have a reference ring, you can also measure the circumference of your finger using a piece of string, ribbon, or a thin strip of paper: wrap it around your finger without pulling too tight, mark the meeting point, then measure the length flat with a ruler.
This measurement is your finger circumference in millimeters. For example, a finger circumference of approximately 57 mm corresponds to a French size 57, which is a size M at VIXIE LENKA.
Be careful not to measure too tightly: the ring should be able to pass over the knuckle and remain comfortable once worn. Fingers may also slightly swell or shrink depending on temperature, time of day, or water retention.
As a general guide, a very slim hand will often fall around XS or S. A slim-to-average hand will generally correspond to sizes S or M. For larger fingers, sizes L and XL will often be more suitable.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders are placed directly on vixielenka.com. Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@vixielenka.com with your order number. We will do our best to change or cancel the order before shipment.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it and then follow the return process. A refund may be issued if the return conditions are met. You can refer to the Returns & Refunds section of this F.A.Q. page for the steps to follow.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, check your spam, junk, or “Promotions” folders. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at orders@vixielenka.com and include the first and last name used for the order.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this time, shipping is available within mainland France.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping within mainland France is available via La Poste Lettre Verte Suivie at a rate of €3.50 per order.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. For in-stock products, preparation is generally fast, often within 24 business hours.
The delivery time displayed when you select your shipping method corresponds to La Poste’s estimated transit time once the order has been shipped. For Lettre Verte Suivie, the current estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may be extended during high-volume carrier periods, including the end-of-year holiday season, Christmas, sales periods, public holidays, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or periods when transport networks are saturated.
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive the available tracking information by email.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING SEEMS STUCK?
If your tracking has not been updated for several days, contact us at orders@vixielenka.com with your order number.
We will look into the situation based on the information available from the carrier.
Returns & refunds
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
The product must be returned complete, unworn, undamaged, clean, in its original packaging, with its original tag still attached.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Email us at orders@vixielenka.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will then send you the return instructions.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
For orders delivered within mainland France, VIXIE LENKA may provide a prepaid return label. The return is free of charge provided that the product is returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, with its tag attached and in its original packaging.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
The refund is issued after the returned product has been received and inspected, provided that the return conditions are met. The refund is issued to the original payment method used for the order.
PCAN I RETURN A RING THAT HAS BEEN WORN?
No. For hygiene, quality, and resale reasons, returned products must be unworn, undamaged, and have their original tag attached.
Warranty & repairs
ARE THE PIERCINGS / METAL COMPONENTS COVERED BY A WARRANTY?
Yes. Decorative components such as piercing-style details, barbells, balls, posts, or other metal elements integrated into the product are covered by a 3-month commercial warranty from delivery, under normal use.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PIERCING UNSCREWS OR COMES OFF?
Contact us at orders@vixielenka.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos. If the warranty applies, we will offer a repair, replacement of the component in question, or an appropriate solution.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE THREE-MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD?
After the 3-month period, a repair may be offered where technically possible. The cost will be calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on the repair required, the components involved, and any shipping costs.
No paid repair will be carried out without prior approval.
Care, safety & production
CAN I WEAR MY RING IN WATER?
Occasional contact with water should not immediately damage the ring. However, to preserve the finish, shine, metal elements, and assembly over time, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, including showers, baths, pools, seawater, dishwashing, or swimming.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY VIXIE LENKA RING?
Gently clean your ring with a soft dry cloth, or a cloth very lightly dampened with water, then dry it immediately.
Avoid abrasive products, solvents, alcohol, acetone, perfume, hand sanitizer, household cleaning products, or harsh cleaners.
CAN I SLEEP WITH MY RING ON?
We recommend removing your ring before sleeping.
Overnight, fingers can naturally swell or change slightly in size depending on temperature, position, circulation, or water retention. Removing your rings before sleeping also helps avoid unintended pressure, friction, twisting, or knocks during sleep.
CAN I WORK OUT WITH MY RING ON?
No. It is best to remove your ring before any sports activity.
Physical activity can expose the ring to knocks, friction, pressure, or twisting that may damage it. Wearing a ring during physical activity may also present a risk to the wearer, especially in the event of sudden movement, a fall, swollen fingers, or if the ring gets caught on a surface, clothing, or equipment.
ARE THE RINGS HANDMADE?
VIXIE LENKA rings are produced in small batches and involve hand-finishing work, including sanding, polishing, assembly, and quality control.
Slight variations in color, transparency, shine, or surface finish may appear from one piece to another. They are part of the production and hand-finishing process, and make each piece slightly unique.
ARE THE COLORS EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS?
We do our best to present colors as accurately as possible. However, appearance may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, camera angle, and the translucency of certain materials.
ARE THE PIERCINGS ON THE RINGS REAL PIERCINGS?
VIXIE LENKA rings are adorned with genuine piercing jewelry components, used here as decorative elements integrated into the ring design.
They are fixed and secured as part of the final jewelry piece. They are not intended to be disassembled, unscrewed, removed from the ring, or used as body piercing jewelry.
LARE THE RINGS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
No. VIXIE LENKA rings are not toys and are not designed as products intended for children.
They may include small parts, including screwed or decorative metal components, which may present an ingestion or choking hazard if detached. They must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years old.
Minors may only wear, handle, or purchase the products with the consent and under the responsibility of an adult legal representative. The products are not recommended for children and young teenagers under 15 years old.
